INNertia is a cloud-based CRM and event management platform built for hoteliers. It goes well beyond a typical CRM by combining sales funnel optimization with powerful event and account management tools tailored to the hospitality industry. The platform includes features such as rebooking workflows, LNR contract management, built-in sales guidelines, task list automation, BEO and group resume creation, and more—all designed to reduce duplicate effort, streamline account and event management, and maximize revenue. INNertia provides comprehensive oversight for GMs, and property management companies, empowering them with real-time visibility across sales activity, forecasting, and performance—all through one intuitive system.
INNertia was born from an acute operational pain point: managing sales and event operations across multiple hotel brands without a central, user-friendly system. Facing fractured workflows, redundant reporting, and missed revenue, our founder— a seasoned Director of Sales—teamed up with her sister, a workflow design expert. The result is INNertia: a robust, sales-first platform that integrates CRM, event, and LNR contract management in a seamless, accessible interface. Starting with sales, INNertia will evolve into a unified platform that will encompass housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and back-office operations—delivering strategic oversight and efficiency across every level of hotel management.
Nicole Odekirk, Founder & CEO, brings deep, hands-on hospitality experience to INNertia’s vision. As a seasoned Director of Sales overseeing multiple hotel brands, Nicole has spent her career in the realities of hotel revenue generation — prospecting, account management, group strategy, and owner expectations. She leads INNertia with a clear focus on practical adoption, measurable results, and building tools that genuinely support hotel teams in driving revenue and efficiency.
Melissa Weirick, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, is the technical and architectural force behind INNertia. With a rare blend of programming expertise, workflow design, and sales-process understanding, Melissa leads platform development with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and real-world application. She specializes in translating complex hotel sales workflows into intuitive systems — designing logic, data structures, and user experiences that anticipate how teams think, move, and prioritize their work. As lead programmer and CTO, Melissa ensures INNertia is not only powerful under the hood, but thoughtfully built to reduce friction, surface insight, and scale with hotel operations.
